Notice is hereby given that the 2007 Annual General Meeting is summoned to take place as follows and at which you are requested to attend.
Date: 12 July 2007
Venue: Brinklow Fire Station, Heath Lane, Brinklow, Warks. CV23 ONR. (Opposite The Bulls Head Public House)
Time: 1030 hrs
If you can attend please let me know so that I can arrange seating and catering.
Nominations for election and notice of any business to be considered at the AGM including proposals should be sent to the Secretary in writing within 28 days of the summons for the AGM.
Nominations and any business for the AGM should therefore be received by me by 24 June and may be sent by post or e-mail.
A Final Agenda will then be circulated on 28 June.
